How we handle your details
This page covers what you give us when you ask for a demo on this website. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
What the demo form collects
- Your name and your company name.
- Your email address and mobile number. You need to give at least one of them.
- The size of your payroll and the number of places people clock in.
- How you would like us to reach you (call, Viber or email) and, if you say, the best time.
- Anything you write in the notes box.
- If you came from the plan finder and leave the box ticked, your plan finder answers and the plan it suggested.
We also record the date and time you agreed to the consent statement, and which page of the site the request came from. The salary calculator and the plan finder run in your browser and do not send what you type to us unless you choose to submit the demo form.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your request: to contact you about a demo and a free trial, in the way you chose, and to prepare for that call. We do not use these details for anything unrelated to your request, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Your request is stored in TimeFirst's database and emailed to the TimeFirst team so someone can follow up. If you gave an email address, we send you a confirmation copy. The services we use to store the request and deliver those emails handle it on our behalf. We do not share your details with other companies for their own use.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we are following it up. If you become a customer, the details you gave us are kept as part of managing your account. If you do not, we keep the request only for as long as it is useful for following up with you, and we delete it when you ask.
Your choices, and how to ask us to delete your details
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To do that, reply to the confirmation email we sent you, or tell the person from TimeFirst who contacts you. Say that you want your demo request deleted and we will remove it and confirm once it is done. If you did not give us an email address, ask when we call or message you.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time by asking in the same way. You may complain to the National Privacy Commission if you think your personal data has been handled in breach of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
